Withdraw Filing
Follow these steps to withdraw your Amateur Radio license application (ULS)
Go to https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsEntry/licManager/login.jsp and log in with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and Password.
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your Password" image and follow the prompts to reset your password
Enter the FRN and password and click the Submit button.
Click the yellow ULS License Manager button to return to the Log In page.
After receiving confirmation that you successfully reset your password, click the link for the Universal Licensing System (DO NOT click the CORES Public Interface link).
If you are taken to the My Licenses page after logging in, click the My Applications link in the Navigation menu on the left.
Depending on the current status of the application you would like to withdraw, click the Pending, Returned, or Consented To link. Your application is likely in a Pending status.
Click the Withdraw link under the Work on This Application menu on the right. If you need to withdraw multiple applications, you can click the check boxes besides the file numbers you need to withdraw, and then click the Withdraw button. Typically you will only need to withdraw a single application.
Click the Continue button to navigate through the application.
On the Summary page, review the application and click the Continue to Certify button.
On the Certification page, sign your application by typing your name in the boxes provided and click the Submit Application button.
